  2. Wash your hands and the working board. Wash carefully all used utensils and rinse them abundantly with water. Sterilise the cup and its spout by immersing them for 10 minutes in clean boiling water.

  2. Boil clean drinking water for 10 minutes, let it cool down. Pour the correct amount of boiled water in the sterilised cup.

  2. Add the correct number of leveled off scoops of powder to the water. Only use the scoop provided.

  2. Cap the cup and shake well, until powder is completely dissolved. Check the temperature of milk on your wrist before feeding (37° C).
